Racing leaves 2020 with a Warwick whimper!

Just one meeting on the last day of 2020 and it’s not exactly racing going out with a bang, is it!

The lone meeting at Warwick provides seven races, one of which is a “novelty” race for veterans, they start with a Class 5, end with a Class 5 and in the middle, have two Class 5’s….it is absolutely pants, will be run on a bog and they also have the potential there for snow during racing.

Best of luck if you opt to get involved!

12-16 – Nothing overly strong in the market, AHEADFULLOFDREAMS perhaps edging towards becoming a “mover” but right now I’d be thinking, “leave this one alone”.

12-50 – Nothing at all being backed, the tissue favourite stuck rock solid @ Evens with everything else on the slide.

1-20 – I advised an OMM here, now slightly easing. Again though, nobody is backing anything to much more than beans and if you play, go 20/80 the OMM.

1-50 – The Conditional Jockeys’ Veterans Novelty Handicap Chase….the OMM has not moved since my morning Newsletter went out but everything else is sliding out to bigger prices.

2-25 – I’m just having a 20/80 my third highest rated horse for the reason mentioned in the text of my Newsletter. No dutch, just a teedly 20/80 and only then because I bothered my backside to look at this race in the first place.

2-55 – Two have come out, one of those was trading third favourite and so we just have the market adjusting itself…..if I were to suggest one might be attracting support, it would be RINTULLA 8/1 > 4/1….more than an adjustment but today it’s going to take pennies to shift a price. This horse has had eight runs under rules to date, won and placed in bumpers but has yet to even hit the frame over obstacles. Class 5….good luck if you play, you’ll need it.

3-25 – The Bumper…and the final NH race of 2020. They expect SHEARER to score 4/5 > 8/13 but, they expected that on debut to and he hit the post, finishing second (beaten favourite).

Best of luck!
