Midweek EFL BTTS/Result treble – 23/02/22

Three games in the Championship tonight float my boat and the first is QPR V BLACKPOOL.

I see nothing but a home win but do see Blackpool getting chances. QPR are really firing right now and have gone five games unbeaten.

Scoring is not an issue at home for QPR and they have netted in each of their last five home games, scoring eight in the process. Blackpool have managed to score in each of their last 10 games and in their last five on the road, drawing their last three 1-1.

I’m thinking a 2-1 home win.

HOME/BTTS @ 16/5

The home side are now out of the bottom three and that’s the stuff of legend. They had been docked a total of 21 points this season and lumbered with a transfer embargo so kudos to Rooney who’s side would be sitting top eight but for those deductions so don’t be fooled by the league table when looking at this game tonight.

Derby are here unbeaten in six straight games, whilst Millwall arrive two on the bounce with out defeat and with 18 of their 31 games so far this season ending BTTS.

Derby have also landed BTTS in three of their last five games, won four of their last five home games, drawing the other and I do like the 13/2 odds Betfair offer for a home win/BTTS so I’m in.

HOME/BTTS @ 13/2

I’m fancying a 1-1 draw here. Cardiff are not playing like a side three places above the relegation zone and whilst Huddersfield are playing well at home, winning their last three to nil, I see Cardiff has scored in each of their last seven games and have scored nine in their last five so no formality for the home side, who sit fifth in the league and one point of an automatic promotion spot.

This will be a great game to watch, I’m sure but the DRAW/BTTS @ 10/3 is catching my eye.
