My first article for a while but I do understand that TWOS can only pay for articles as people donate to keep the shop open and I have been looking at the games being played today in Italy, France, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, The Netherlands, Greece, Portugal, Switzerland and Turkey for four games for a fun play, but also a few winning bets, too.
I’m suggesting you look at playing however you want to play. You can bet each match singly, play doubles, trebles, accas on the BTTS alone, the result alone etc. You decide. I’ll tell you what the acca produces for an all correct shout on the BTTS/RESULT and if you feel it is worth a couple of pounds/euros, best of luck.
(Italy) – NAPOLI V AC MILAN (K.O 7-45PM)
They are currently second and third in the league, separated on goal difference, just one point behind the current leaders Inter. It should be a terrific game of football.
AC are unbeaten in their last six away from home, the home side unbeaten in their last three on home turf and are on a great run of eight unbeaten.
Head to head stats suggest either a home win, or a draw as the previous 26 games between them has seen Napoli winning 11, 11 being drawn and AC managing to win just four. However, the last five matches between these two sides have seen AC win two, with three drawn.
This season the home side are averaging two points per game whilst AC are securing an average of 2.31 points per game, away from home.
Napoli has scored 10 goals in their last five games and have scored in each of their last eight, whilst AC scored in their last four and, got six in their last five. AC have also scored in each of last 13 games away from home so Napoli have a job on to keep them out tonight.
I feel the home side will just have the edge tonight and will say a 2-1 home win
BTTS/HOME @ 10/3
(Italy) – FIORENTINA V HELLAS VERONA (K.O 2-00PM)
Two more sides evenly matched if their league positions are reflected in the game itself. Currently eighth and ninth in Serie A, just two points separating them. They also have exactly the same goal difference of +9 right now, too although the home side has played one game less so far this term.
They have played each other 13 times, the home side currently leading 6-3, with four games drawn.
The last nine games involving Verona has resulted in at least tow or more goals being scored and they have won three and drawn one, of their last five games coming into this one. In three of their last five games they have produced a win, one being drawn so, they arrive in form.
The home team, in terms of points per game right now are 93% more likely to win and with a BTTS percentage of 58% all games this season I’m expecting them to keep the points at home and win 2-1 or 3-1.
BTTS/HOME @ 11/4
(Greece) – ARIS THESSALONIKI FC V OLYMPIAKOS CFD (K.O. 5-00PM)
Top of the table Olympiakos are unbeaten in 12 successive games away from home, have gone 25 games without defeat and have won their last five games so, fair to say Aris has a job on keeping them out this evening.
Olympiakos has also scored a goal in each of their last eight games, and banged in 12 in their last five games.
Aris are on a decent little run of form, unbeaten in their last three, are hard to score against having kept three clean sheets in their last five and they average 1.08 goals per home game, with Olympiakos 1.83 on the road.
I’m confident the away team will outscore the home side and as long as Aris maintain their precentage of home goals per game, we should get the BTTS.
BTTS/AWAY @ 5/1
(Portugal) – VITORIA GUIMARAES V FC FAMALICAO (K.O. 8-30PM)
Currently seventh and 11th in the Portuguese Liga NOS with just four points separating them and the away side will have to be right on their game defensively to stop the home side from netting, something they have done in their last eight games on home soil.
Famalicao are on a decent little run of form and gone three without defeat, and scored eight goals in their last five matches.
There has only been five previous meetings of these two sides, the home side taking the spoils on three occasions, one draw and one win to the away side so I expect, given league position, home advantage and their propensity to get a goal or two on home turf, that the home side will take the three points here.
Thiose five previous matches between them has seen BTTS landed 60% of the time, and an avrage of 3.2 goals per game so perhaps a 2-1 scorline fits.
BTTS/HOME @ 7/2
I say above to work your bets as you see fit but for anyone fancying a shot at the big pot, the £10 BTT/S/RESULT acca pays £4387.50 to prices on the Betfair Sportsbook so shop around, you might do better.
